Made from end-of-line fabrics sourced from factory leftovers, this quilt is pieced and self-padded by artisans working from home in remote villages across West Bengal. Factory bale markings, subtle shade variations and the irregularities of the cloth are left intact, while hand seed-stitching and contrast edging give each piece its character. A rigorous final wash gives the quilt a softened, timeworn quality. Use it as bed covers, throws or dohars for nippy weather.
